Franchise Process​

  • Complete the message form below.

  • A short, preliminary information form will be sent to you.

  • We will contact you for the first meeting.

  • We will give you a detailed second information form.

  • The Franchisor will perform an investigation on the potential Franchisee.

  • If you meet our initial criteria, the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) will be provided to you.

  • In about two weeks from the receipt of the FDD, you will have the opportunity to sign the Franchise Agreement.

  • Franchise fees are due upon execution of the Franchise agreement.

  • Once detailed financial checks are completed, site selection begins.

  • Do I need experience in food industry? Food experience is welcome but not required.

  • How much is the initial franchise fee? $35.000 plus applicable taxes.

  • Does Franchisor assist in financing? The Franchisor does not provide financing. However, we will introduce you to lenders who do and who have agreed to work with our potential Franchisees.

  • What is an FDD? An FDD is a legal document provided by the Franchisor outlining important information to the potential Franchisee.

  • How long will take to open a new store? We cannot commit to a specific timeline. However, after we have chosen a site, we should able to provide an estimated timeline.

  • How does the renovation process work? Our Designers in Italy, will work with the Franchisee and Franchisor to adapt the selected site for building a Gelateria. 

  • Can I open multiple locations? Yes, we will consider multiple location Owners.

  • Do Owners have to be operators? Yes, Owner-operators ensures that the people operating the business are financially-invested in its performance. We want to encourage brand loyalty and motivate our Franchisees to ensure that their locations are clean, welcoming and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Will I be trained for the Gelato production process?  Absolutely! You will be trained at our production hub, at one of our corporate stores, and in your new location.
